Akademias Workplace School is a subscription service that helps workplaces succeed with e-learning. All workplace staff get access to training and training solutions according to needs and wishes, both to meet mandatory training but also to strengthen and develop staff in their current work and for future opportunities.

The goal of the Workplace School is not for workplaces to give all employees access to 136 courses, 13 study lines, etc., although many prefer to do so.

The goal with an extremely large educational library and tailor-made learning material is so that the service can meet as many workplace educational challenges as possible for one fixed fee per year.

Some workplaces prefer to offer the entire curriculum, while others only offer part of it. The latter group benefits from the accessibility and can therefore regularly add and/or remove study materials according to the needs of different groups and individuals. Needs that are often constantly changing throughout the year.
